Bonus Question: With the legalization of marijuana at the helm of North American politics, what do you have to say about legalization vs. decriminalization, and the war on drungs, in general?
The war on drugs is bullsh*t. I think that we could just, yeah. Legalize. It’s safer that way
Bonus Question #2: What is your opinion on how best to handle the recent wave of racial intolerance, violence, and injustice that has been on the rise in North America? Do you feel that as a hip hop artist, you have any responsibilities in this regard? Why or why not?
I mean, there is no good way to handle that. There are people in higher authority that have powers that I don’t and they don’t do anything about it. There’s always been racism, and it’s hard to change ignorant minds. I think that as artists, we have a responsibility to speak about it – and not just about the hardship, but the resilience too
